Mark Allen Webber (born July 19, 1980) is an American actor. He is known for his roles in the films Snow Day (2000), The Laramie Project (2002), Weapons (2007), and as Stephen Stills in Scott Pilgrim vs. the World (2010) and Scott Pilgrim Takes Off (2023).
Early life
[edit]Webber was born in Minneapolis, Minnesota, where he spent the first nine years of his life. His mother, Cheri Lynn Honkala, is a noted advocate for the homeless in Philadelphia,[1][2] and was the vice-presidential nominee of the Green Party in the 2012 presidential election.[3] He is of Cheyenne descent through his maternal grandmother and of Finnish descent through his maternal grandfather.[4]
In 1989, he and his single mother moved to Philadelphia, where they spent time homeless, living in cars and abandoned buildings, and struggling to survive during the harsh winters.[5][6]

Mark Andrew Webber (born 14 September 1970 in Chesterfield, Derbyshire) is an Englishrockguitarist. He is most famous for playing in Pulp (since 1995), and appearing on all of their albums since their Mercury Music Prize-winning LP Different Class. Webber first met the band in 1986 while producing a fanzine called Cosmic Pig. He was originally the president of Pulp's fan club.[1] Before joining the group Webber had helped make stage sets and was their tour manager.[2]
Webber's musical instruments include: Gretsch Viking guitar, Gibson ES-345, Gibson Les Paul Custom guitar, Gibson Firebird guitar, Yamaha acoustic, Fender Jazzmaster, and Rhodes Piano.[citation needed]
In 1998 Webber curated the "Underground America" film presentation at the Barbican.[3] When Pulp started a decade-long break in 2001, Webber travelled the world presenting avant gardefilms. He is also a pianist and has played piano on a few Pulp songs.
